Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Authority and Liability

Organizer Sole Authority: The authority to determine refund eligibility, approve, or deny refunds belongs exclusively to the Organizer. tunyt does not dictate or guarantee refund policies for any Event.
Platform Role: tunyt functions strictly as a technology facilitator. We provide the dashboard tools to process refunds, but we do not mediate disputes between Attendees and Organizers regarding dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or change-of-mind cancellations.

2. Event Cancellations by the Organizer

Pausing Sales: Organizers retain full control to pause or suspend active ticket sales at any time via their dashboard.
Prohibition on Deletion: Once paid ticket sales have commenced, Organizers are strictly prohibited from unilaterally deleting or canceling an Event on the platform.
Mandatory Cancellation Protocol: If a paid Event must be canceled, the Organizer must immediately contact tunyt support (contact@tunyt.com). tunyt will intervene to halt sales, ensure automated mass notifications are dispatched to Attendees, and mandate the bulk processing of refunds to ensure compliance with fair consumer practices.

3. Attendee Cancellations and No-Shows

Direct Requests: Attendees seeking a refund must direct all requests to the Organizer. tunyt will not process direct refund requests from Attendees.
No-Shows: Attendees who purchase a ticket but fail to attend the Event are strictly ineligible for refunds through the tunyt platform, subject to the Organizer's individual policies.

4. Ticket Transfers and Resale

At this time, tunyt does not support the transfer of tickets between Attendees or the secondary resale of tickets. The name registered on the digital ticket must match the Attendee present at the Event. Future platform updates may introduce secure ticket-transfer and secondary market architecture.

5. Force Majeure

Neither tunyt nor the Organizer shall be held financially or legally liable for the cancellation, postponement, or severe alteration of an Event due to extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). These include acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government mandates, or civil unrest. In such cases, the Organizer's specific refund policy dictates the outcome, and tunyt is exempt from covering refund outlays or returning processed Platform Fees.
